How long does the package take to arrive?

Shipping times vary by location.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days to Italy and Europe, while shipments outside the EU take 8-10 days.

International Shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping, however, some products only ship locally.
Rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items only .
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Personalized or made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are created specifically for you.

  • For digital products (downloadable or emailed files), there are no returns or refunds once the file has been sent or downloaded.

What do I do if an order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry! If your package arrives with external damage , please take a photo before opening it and send it to creationsdenfance@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving it. If the merchandise inside the package is damaged , please take a photo immediately upon receipt and opening and send us proof as soon as possible. Please note that we do not accept photos or reports submitted more than 2 days after delivery . Thank you for your cooperation!
